Orders are processed Monday through Saturday (IST). Please note that we do not dispatch on Sundays or national/public holidays.

Orders placed on business days are processed within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability.
If you want specific delivery timing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

3. 🌐 Delivery Timeframe

Our standard delivery timeline is 4–9 business days across India, depending on the destination.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or remote-area dispatch challenges.

4. 💰 Shipping Charges

Charges vary based on order value and location, and are calculated at checkout.
Any special shipping arrangements will be communicated at the time of order.

5. 📦 Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 2 business days, please contact us.

6. 📦 Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery:

If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
For accepted deliveries, we assume the package was received in good condition.

7. 🚚 Delivery Failures & Address Changes

Incorrect address or unavailability may result in failed delivery attempts.
Any additional charges incurred for redelivery will be passed to the customer.
Once dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.

If a package is returned to us due to being lost or unclaimed, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
