🗓️ Return & Exchange Period

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Customized or stitched products
Items purchased during final clearance or at discounted prices
Products requested for reversal after 5 days of delivery

📦 Return & Exchange Process

Initiate a request within 5 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
For damaged or incorrect items, please share clear photos of the product.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item, including the return address:

🚚 Shipping Charges

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a defect, damage, or incorrect item is confirmed.
In such cases, we’ll provide prepaid return labels or refund the return shipping costs.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or higher value.
If the selected exchange item is higher in value, you may need to pay the price difference.
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

💰 Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Store credit options are available upon request.
